Highlighting natural beauty
The dial is set in an 18 ct gold frame set with diamonds. Pearls always have a mysterious and surprising image due to their natural material. Depending on the origin of the pearl, it can be pink, white, black or yellow. They differ in color, intensity and structure according to the part of the shell from which they are extracted.
At Rolex, pearls are always natural, not artificially dyed. Instead, special know-how and craftsmanship are used to highlight the natural beauty of the pearls and preserve their original color. Today, the notch is made of gold and has become a unique highlight on this Lady-Datejust model.
